How it connects

Look after your home, run it for less, and one day share in property.

  1. DOMI · In final testing

    Improve your home

Book cleaners, gardeners and trades, from a regular clean to a new boiler.

  2. Utilities · Planned

    Run it for less

Let suppliers compete for your energy and broadband, on clear terms.

  3. Invest · In development

    Share in property

A planned way to share in property’s rent and sale, together.

Each is a separate service with its own terms. Using DOMI or Utilities doesn’t give access to investment services: Easywealth Invest isn’t available, and would need its own identity checks, terms and any regulatory permissions before it could open.

The flagship · Property investment platform

In development

Easywealth Invest

Invest for your home.

A planned platform where people could own a share of carefully chosen properties, receive their share of the rent, and vote on when a property is sold.

  1. Discover. Our property engine, L4S, finds and scores opportunities in the UK, UAE and USA. The community votes on the best ones.
  2. Join a pool. Properties that win the vote open as pools. Participants commit Token A, the platform's token, and the pool raises the full purchase price before anything is bought.
  3. Earn rent. When rent comes in, the costs are paid and the rest is shared out by each person's share of the pool.
  4. Vote on the sale. When a buyer makes an offer, participants vote, with three independent valuations in front of them.
  5. Exit any time. Leaving returns your exact amount of Token A from the exit reserve, and your share passes to Easywealth.

The flywheel

Every exit covered, so the next pool can open.

12345 Easywealth Invest keeps turning
  1. Fees and Easywealth's share of rent
  2. Token A bought back
  3. Exit reserve grows
  4. Every exit covered
  5. Confidence for new pools

Buy-backs are paid only from Easywealth's own income, never from money in the pools. If exit coverage falls short, Survival Mode can pause new pool funding and restrict distributions until it's rebuilt.

Easywealth Invest is not available and is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Nothing on this website is an offer, invitation or inducement to invest, or financial advice. It describes how the service is designed; it would only launch once all the authorisation and protections it needs are in place. The value of investments can fall as well as rise.

Easywealth Utilities

Planned

Let suppliers compete for your bills.

A planned marketplace where homes and businesses set out what they need and participating suppliers compete, with every offer showing its full cost, term and exit fees.
