How It 
Works

  1. Deals are sent out weekly to our mailing list

  2. If you like the deal you see you will need to secure it by signing our terms and conditions and paying the sourcing fee.

  3. We will schedule a phone/ video call to discuss the propert in more detail while sending our and in-depth investors pack.

  4. Once you have viewed the property we will plug you into the power team.

  5. During your cooling off period we are on hand to assit you with anything you many need and we will passs you along to the agent or vendor to begin the sales/ letting procedure.

  6. If you are new to property do not fret. You are in good hand and we will support you along the way.

  7. For those who would like a fully hands off service we do provide other options to suit you.
